    6.5x55 load testing

    Rifle is a CZ550

    Bullet - 140gr Sierra SPBT
    Case - Winchester
    Primer - Remington 9 1/2
    COAL - 3.604” with comparator
    ( .010” off lands)
    Powders - H1000 52.0gr
    RL22 46.5gr
    H4831 47.0gr

RL22 was the best by a little bit. 1.238”. Going to try playing with the powder charge to try and tighten the group. When I find the powder charge I’m going to play with the seating depth.

I have a CZ550 6.5x55. I shoot 140gr AMAX. My most accurate powder was IMR 4064. PPU brass, CCI LR primers, and bullet seated to Hornady loading specs.

Now I have went to 155gr Lapua Mega bullet, Lapua brass, Norma MRP powder, CCI primers. Very accurate

I went back to the range today with the same 140gr Sierra SBT. I tried IMR4064 (38.0gr), that muforester recommended, and IMR4895 (38.0gr). Seating depth was kept the same.

The high shot was out of a cold clean barrel, the other 4 were sub MOA.
